An all ages free film screening in honor of Penny Marshall and the 2019 Penny Marshall Celebration in Rockford, IL. **First-come, first seated. Free tickets can be received in advance at our EventBrite page to guarantee admittance. A walk-up line will be created the day of the event in the case of a sellout.
